CHITHRA LAKSHMANAN started his career as a Journalist. In the year 1967 he joined VIDIVELLI, a tamil weekly as a sub editor and following to that he joined in a daily named โTHAYIN MANIKKODYโ for which the Sahitya Akademi award winner JAYA KANTHAN was the editor.
